As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.</p> <p><span>Tasks:- 统筹生产系统规划、布局、产能及流程优化，落地精益生产工具，推进全价值链持续改善。- Lead the planning, layout, capacity and process optimization of production system, implement lean production tools and drive continuous improvement across the whole value chain.- 负责工业工程主数据与工艺文档全生命周期管理，保障 BOM、工艺路线、作业文件等准确合规。- Manage the full lifecycle of IE master data and process documents, ensure the accuracy and compliance of BOM, routing and operation documents.- 牵头工艺改进、新产品导入、产线改造等跨部门项目，推动项目落地并顺利移交至量产阶段。- Lead cross-departmental projects including process improvement, new product launch and production line renovation, ensure smooth project delivery and handover to mass production.- 监控 OEE、生产效率等核心 KPI，分析生产数据、识别问题并制定落地整改方案，向上层汇报运营情况。- Monitor core production KPIs such as OEE and productivity, analyze production data, identify problems, formulate corrective measures and report operation status to management.- 推进舍弗勒生产体系（SPS）落地，开展精益方法论培训，打造标准化、高效率生产运营模式。- Promote the implementation of Schaeffler Production System (SPS), organize training on lean methodologies and build standardized & high-efficiency production mode.- 制定产能规划、预算及投资匹配方案，推行降本增效举措，优化人力、设备等各项生产资源配置。- Formulate capacity planning, budget and investment matching plans, carry out cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives, and optimize the allocation of production resources.- 管理工业工程团队，开展人员培养、绩效考核与跨部门协调，统筹解决现场各类生产及技术问题。- Manage the IE team, conduct personnel training and performance appraisal, coordinate cross-departmental work and solve on-site production and technical problems.Requirements:• 本科及以上学历，工科 / 理科相关专业背景。Bachelor’s degree or above, major in engineering or science related fields.•具备 5 年以上汽车行业工业化工作经验，2 年及以上团队管理经验。At least 5 years working experience in automotive industrialization, with more than 2 years of team management experience.• 精通精益生产、IE 工程、质量工具及 SAP、CamLine MES 系统，熟悉汽车行业 IATF 16949 体系。Proficient in lean production, industrial engineering, quality tools, SAP and CamLine MES system, familiar with IATF 16949 in automotive industry.• 英语口语、书面流利，可独立开展跨国及跨部门协作沟通；熟练使用 Office 办公软件。Fluent in oral and written English for multinational & cross-functional communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.• 具备优秀项目管理、变更管理能力，逻辑思维清晰，抗压性强，具备良好的统筹协调与团队领导力。Possess strong capabilities in project management and change management, clear logical thinking, good pressure resistance, excellent coordination ability and team leadership.</span></p><p>As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
