Typical Work Day May Include:</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Accurately perform and record monitoring activities, process verifications, and audits throughout the facility including raw material audits, documenting deviations and/or recording corrective actions taken</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Monitoring and enforcing all plant specific and corporate food safety programs</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Documenting and maintaining record keeping utilizing a computer as necessary</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Auditing supplies to maintain inventory
