Accountabilities </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Perform preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance on production and facility equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues to keep equipment running safely and efficiently</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic precision tools to complete maintenance tasks</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Perform repetitive or non-routine job duties in a fast-paced, cold or warm production setting with required PPE while engaging in physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time, climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Support food safety, housekeeping and plant safety standards across the facility</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Acquire and use a variety of planned
