The Plant General Manager is fully accountable for meeting plant safety, food safety, quality, environmental, costs, and operating plan objectives. Other responsibilities include customer relationship leadership, implementing, and assuring alignment with business strategies, processes, and programs to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements related to: food safety, employee safety, security, environmental and human resource compliance.
