This role plays a critical part in service excellence, policy enforcement, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key accountabilities</H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Book and manage complex domestic and international travel itineraries. Handle multi-segment trips, VIP travelers, and high-touch service requests</li> <li>Maintain high accuracy and quality standards across all bookings</li> <li>Monitor trends, identify service gaps, and recommend solutions</li> <li>Drive usage of preferred suppliers and maximize program benefits</li> <li>Leverage supplier agreements to deliver optimal value and traveler experience</li> <li>Partner with internal stakeholders to improve processes and service delivery</li> <li>Follow established and review travel related documentation, communications and traveler guidance to ensure alignment with corporate standards, policies and business practices.</li> <li>Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.</li> <li>Other duties as Assigned <span style="color:white">#LI-LG1</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color:white">#LI Hibryd</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience</li> <li>Minimum of two years of related work experience managing complex and international itineraries</li> <li>Advanced English (required)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong>:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>5+ years of corporate travel experience (agency or in-house)</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo)</li> <li>Experience supporting a global travel program</li> <li>Expertise in online booking tools (e.g., Concur, GetThere)</li> <li>Industry certifications (e.g., IATA, ARC accreditation)</li> <li>Experience with reporting, quality assurance, or process improvement</li> </ul></div></div></div><p>Cargill is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing accommodation to our job applicants with disabilities.</p>
