Evaluate and provide component costing based on program BOM timing during acquisition.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Schedule technical component reviews.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Lead sourcing decisions, in accordance with MAHLE Purchasing Procedures and work with commodity buyers (regional and global) to leverage best overall landed costs.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Ensure purchased components meet all program milestones, track and coordinate progress between suppliers and development team.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Communicate supplier risks to project team.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Effectively communicate with development team members throughout MAHLE facilities worldwide including the generation and presentation of project status updates to management.</span></li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-family:Verdana;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-family:Verdana;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-weight:bold;font-size:24.0pt;color:black">Your Experience & Qualifications:</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-family:Verdana;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> </p> <ul> <li style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><span style="color:black">Bilingual <strong>(english/japanese)</strong> is an advantage. </span></li> <li style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><span style="color:black">Hands on experience using Excel is a must.</span></li> <li style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><span style="color:black">2+ years of experience within negotiation and project management is a must.</span></li> <li style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><span style="color:black">Detailed knowledge of markets of the electronic commodity is preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><span style="color:black">Understanding and use of cost drivers and market dynamics in the electronic commodity is a must.</span></li> <li style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><span style="color:black">Can communicate effectively on technical topics and can understand technical drawings is a must. </span></li> <li style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><span style="color:black">Tier 1 Automotive industry experience preferable but not required. </span></li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-family:Verdana;font-size:14.0pt"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-family:Verdana;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-weight:bold;background-color:white;font-size:24.0pt;color:black">Our Offer:</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-family:Verdana;font-size:14.0pt"> </p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities.
