About this role
<p><span style="font-size:18.0px">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p> <p>Inspect and maintain manufacturing machinery and equipment </p> <p>• Interpret schematics, prints, diagrams, and oral instructions and apply them to the task at hand.<br>• Troubleshoot and identify hazards and diagnose malfunctioning systems<br>• Perform corrective, preventive maintenance & calibrations <br>• Prepare new machines and production equipment for operation.<br>• Disassemble machines and repairs or replaces broken parts<br>• Perform welding, grinding, and flame cutting activities<br>• Able to work as part of a team and contribute to the maintenance team and facility in general.<br>• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as pneumatic tools, motors, conveyor systems and production machines and equipment using testing instruments, hand / power tools and precision-measuring instruments. <br>• Operation of tool room equipment (lathe, mill, drill presses, etc.)<br>• Maintain safe and clean working environment <br>• Comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations<br>• All other duties as assigned by Supervision</p> <p><span style="font-size:18.0px">QUALIFICATIONS</span></p> <p>• High school diploma or equivalent<br>• Minimum 3 years experience as an industrial maintenance technician/machine repairman or associated work<br>• Strong verbal and oral communication skills<br>• Ability to read blueprints/design schematics<br>• Ability to work in a strong safety-focused environment <br>• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job <br>• Working knowledge of mechanical systems<br>• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required</p> <p>Preferred:<br>• Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment<br>• Relevant certifications<br>• Proven problem-solving & critical thinking skills</p><p> </p> <div style="border:2.0px solid #41b6e6"> <p> </p> <p> <b><span style="font-size:28.0px">Do you have any questions?</span></b><br> [email protected]</p> <p> </p> </div>
