<p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong><em><u>Place of work: Ostrów Wielkopolski or Wrocław</u></em></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">In this role, you will lead supplier onboarding for key logistics and digitalization projects (e.g. TCP/SupplyOn and SAP S/4HANA) across the EMEA region, ensuring successful deployment and handover. As part of a local team of 5 specialists, reporting to an English-speaking manager, and collaborating within a multinational team operating in a global delivery model, you will drive end-to-end deployment management, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and system integration.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Role</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Coordinate and support supplier deployment projects (e.g., SupplyOn SCC, Classic EDI, ASN/GTL)</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Drive supplier implementation progress by monitoring milestones, negotiating solutions, and overcoming resistance to change</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate with plants, Purchasing, IT/SAP teams, suppliers, and external partners</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support deployment-related projects and ensure smooth handover to operational teams</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and deployment standards</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Apply and further develop onboarding expertise within the global delivery organization</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Contriubution</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Fluent English (spoken and written);
