This leadership role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiation—particularly within engineering or manufacturing environments. If you are experienced, hands-on, and capable of navigating high-pressure situations while inspiring operational excellence, we’d like to hear from you.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h2> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p><strong>Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation</strong><br>Lead supplier engagements and negotiations to secure competitive pricing, value-add services, and long-term partnership benefits.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p><strong>Contract Management</strong><br>Establish and manage supplier contracts, including pricing for tenders, while ensuring alignment with legal and commercial frameworks.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong><br>Partner with materials planning, engineering, design, and quality teams to support procurement planning, engineering change management, and on-time delivery.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p><strong>Supplier Development & Quality</strong><br>Oversee vendor performance, including quality, delivery, and responsiveness. Drive supplier improvement initiatives, including handling production and warranty issues.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p><strong>Product & Component Support</strong><br>Work with design and technical teams on prototyping and sourcing of new or customized components for product development.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p><strong>Operational Excellence</strong><br>Manage procurement operations, including purchase requisitions/orders (PR/PO), forecast planning, and supply rescheduling.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p><strong>Cost & Risk Management</strong><br>Conduct supply chain cost analyses, implement cost-effective sourcing strategies, and identify and mitigate supply chain risks.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p><strong>Leadership & Guidance</strong><br>Provide mentorship and strategic input to project teams.
