We are looking forward to hire Master Data Management (MDM) Professionals in the following areas : Experience Level 4+ Years Job Title: Integration Consultant – Reltio MDM Role Overview We're looking for an Integration Consultant with hands-on Reltio MDM expertise to design, build, and support master data management integrations across our enterprise systems. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and engineering teams to deliver clean, reliable, and well-governed master data flows. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Design and implement integrations between Reltio MDM and source/target systems (ERP, CRM, data lakes, APIs) using REST APIs, Reltio Connect, and Reltio Integration Hub.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Configure and customize Reltio entities, relationships, match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and data models to meet business requirements.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Build and maintain real-time and batch data pipelines feeding into and out of Reltio, ensuring data quality and consistency.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Develop and troubleshoot workflows, business rules, and validation logic within the Reltio platform.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate with data governance teams to define data stewardship processes, match rules, and survivorship logic.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Work with middleware/integration tools (e.g. SAP, D365 etc.,) to connect Reltio with downstream and upstream applications.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Perform data profiling, mapping, and migration activities during implementation projects.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes or optimizations.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Document technical designs, integration specifications, and operational runbooks.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Provide guidance on Reltio best practices, scalability, and architecture decisions to clients or internal stakeholders.</li> </ul> Required Skills & Experience <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">4+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Reltio MDM solutions.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong understanding of MDM concepts: match & merge, survivorship, data modeling, hierarchy management, and data governance.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven).</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Experience with at least one middleware/ETL tool (Informatica, Kafka, or similar).</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Solid understanding of data quality principles and data architecture.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Familiarity with Reltio Integration Hub, Reltio Console, and Reltio's workflow engine.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational/NoSQL databases.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Reltio certification(s).</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, healthcare, retail, or financial services.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Prior consulting or client-facing implementation experience.</li> </ul> Familiarity with data privacy/compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) relevant to master data.
