<p>Cloud ALM consultant</p><p>Roles Requirement<br>• Strong experience in Focused Run and CALM and specialization in Application Life Cycle<br>• Configuration of Cloud ALM<br>o Health Monitoring<br>o Job and Automation Monitoring<br>o Interface and channel Monitoring<br>o Configuration and security analysis<br>o Implementation of CALM chain management process<br>o Integration of CALM- third party ticketing tool via standard API<br>o Basic knowledge of BTP<br>o Configuration of Jobs in Redwood<br>o SAP support backbone in CALM<br>• Production Support and resolution of Focused Run and CALM issues on daily basis.<br>• Have knowledge of integration with Service Management tools like Service Now<br>• Sound knowledge of Alert monitoring metrics, KPI’s &amp; templates<br>• Experience for troubleshooting in Root Cause Analysis.<br>• Experience on SLDR Configuration, CCMS, SMD Agent and Wily<br>• Should have end to end implementation experience with Focused Run &amp; CALM<br>• Has worked on Focused Build and Insights<br>• Provides ideas for Automation and Innovation in areas of CALM<br>• Support IT audit activities, analyze results and provide remediation which results in<br>improved compliance to standards and controls for all internal and external regulatory<br>requirements.<br>Desired Skills and Experience<br>• 5-7 yrs or more years of experience managing SAP technologies as ALM Consultant and<br>basis administrator in a medium or large size firm.<br>• Acts as a mentor for the team members in the team in area of expertise.<br>• Must be capable of working flexible hours sometimes under pressure of aggressive<br>deadlines.</p><p>Cloud ALM consultant</p>
