Typical maintenance work include concrete repair, leakage repair,<br>servicing of plumbing systems, scaffolding erections. Other ad-hoc work maybe assigned</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Arrange, coordinate and supervise outsourced preventive and maintenance work by outsourced contractors</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Attend to faults / complaints and carry out investigation and rectification works</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Perform the role of track PIC (Person-In-Charge) and PM (Possession Master) duties to ensure the safety of the work parties on MRT tracks</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Record maintenance work both on papers and computer systems (e.g. SAP/Maximo)</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Attend inspection for taking-over of new buildings & infrastructures</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Drive vehicles and operate specialized vehicles such as boom lifts</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Take custody of tools and equipment</li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> </p></div></div></div>
