Your opportunity The Enterprise Risk Management Team is a highly regarded group of risk and assurance professionals that provides strategic leadership and expert guidance across Risk, Assurance, Compliance, Business Resilience and Policy Governance. The team plays a critical role in shaping organisational direction and supporting Queensland Rail’s transformation journey, delivering positive outcomes for customers, employees and the broader community. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager Enterprise Risk Management to lead the ongoing development, implementation and enhancement of Queensland Rail’s enterprise-wide Risk, Assurance and Compliance Management frameworks. Leading a team of skilled professionals, you will partner with business leaders to strengthen risk capability, enhance governance practices and support effective risk management across the organisation. Through your leadership, you will help deliver positive safety, customer, people, commercial and community outcomes.
