and coordinate a team of Technical Trainers and Network Authorisation Specialists, providing direction, coaching and support to achieve safety, quality and operational performance outcomes. </li> <li sans-serif;margin-left:0.0px">Monitor team performance and capability, identifying development opportunities and supporting workforce planning to meet current and future operational requirements. leading, developing and supporting teams in a training, technical or operational environment, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.</li> <li
