<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Overview</b></H2> </div><div><p>Project Management in Site Safety Monitoring</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local Regulation and OSH standard.</li> <li>Provide leadership and guidance to the safety team, including hiring, training, and performance management.</li> <li>Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken by main contractor.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety practices into operational processes and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.</li> <li>Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulatory changes related to safety and communicate relevant information to main contractor.</li> <li>Develop and maintain relationships with external industry associations, to stay informed about emerging safety issues and regulations.</li> <li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs by the main contractor.</li> <li>Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure compliance with safety-related policies and procedures.</li> <li>Act as a liaison between the organization and governmental department for site safety related issues.</li> <li>Perform any other duties as assigned.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Higher Certificate in construction-related discipline/safety management/safety-related discipline</li> <li>Registered Safety Officer under F&lU Regulations; Registered Safety Auditor and a member of one or more safety professional bodies</li> <li>Minimum 10 years’ experience in safety management with at least 5 years’ in managerial level and in building construction safety</li> <li>Experience with URA / MTRCL building development projects will be advantages</li> <li>Proficient in PC applications including MS office and English & Chinese Word Processing</li> <li>Knowledge of using technology such as 4S & AI on site safety management and monitoring</li> <li>Self-motivated, initiative and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Good command of English & Chinese written skills</li> </ul></div></div></div>
