sans-serif;color:black">Participate in user-oriented and online products implementation covering of Web, Mobile Site and Mobile App </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Lead and manage development teams (internal and external), providing technical direction, mentoring developers, and ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal teams to gather, analyse, and document requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Manage IT projects end-to-end, including scope definition, timeline planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and overall delivery governance to ensure projects are completed on time.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Design and architect scalable system solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, sans-serif;color:black">Oversee system integration and data migration activities, including troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring seamless connectivity between upstream/downstream systems.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance system performance and optimize development workflows.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Support system operations and incident management, including day-to-day monitoring, issue resolution, and post-release case preparation, user coordination, defect tracking, and sign-off support.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Support deployment activities, ensuring smooth releases and validating system changes post-deployment.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, system analysis and application development, with at least 2 years in a senior, team lead, or project management role</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Strong technical background, with hands-on experience in technologies, Preferred Java, .NET, SQL/NoSQL databases, and API integrations</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Proven project management experience, with practical exposure to Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical teams and business stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
