Resolves relevant requests from the beverage department while ensuring the functioning of the laboratory, maximizing the production, and maintaining the highest quality possible of bespoke ingredients. </span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">An exceptional opportunity to join our high-profile flagship hotel in London </span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Market-leading remuneration, service charges, and attractive benefits </span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Join our award-winning group, working alongside a highly experienced team </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Key Accountabilities </strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work closely with the Director of Mixology to operate the Studio.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain an efficient organisation and cleanliness of the Studio.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Carry out inventories on a regular basis.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage the cold room, list the preparations, and plan the workload.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Carry out the necessary preparations for the operation of the bars.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Rigorously follow recipes of preparations to ensure the consistency.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Handle and use various technical equipment e.g. Centrifuge, micropipette, sous vide machine, thernocirculator, cold press, thermomix scales.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist with the management of health and safety.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Time management and ability to work without close supervision.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist the Director of Mixology and Head Bartenders in creating menu items, recipes and developing cocktails.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>General Requirements </strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Good knowledge of cocktail preparation of both classics and innovative alternatives with previous experience within a cocktail bar at a luxury level. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Understanding of differing ingredients and how they come together.
