You will be responsible for functionally leading diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) at The RCH. You will provide both design and hands-on delivery of a range of strategic and operational initiatives that support this portfolio. Internally, this position will be known and/or referred to as: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Lead. Classification for this position will be governed by Award 10 - Managers and Administrative Workers, and depending on experience will range from AO81 (Grade 8, Level 1) to AO85 (Grade 8, Level 5), plus Superannuation.
