Energise us through your skills and qualifications in: Essential Qualifications <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Degree or postgraduate qualifications in human factors, risk or occupational health and safety disciplines or equivalent. </li> </ul> Essential Criteria <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Minimum of five years’ experience leading WHS assurance, investigations and risk management activities in high-risk sectors, or equivalent.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Proven experience in preparing and delivering executive- and board-level reports.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution and problem-solving ability. </li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Highly developed interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively, influence, coach and mentor stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Adaptive and agile critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into simple, easy-to-understand explanations or processes.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Proficient research, report-writing and editing skills, with a high attention to detail.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Lead Auditor OH&S Management Systems qualification or ability to achieve qualification.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Proven experience in managing WHS assurance and investigations programs, and application of ICAM, </li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Learning Teams and other similar investigation approaches. </li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Demonstrated knowledge of safety theory and its practical application across complex, geographically dispersed, matrixed organisations, including Safety 2, Human and Organisational Performance (HOP), Human Factors, and Critical Control Management.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Demonstrated understanding of contractor management and delivery models.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">This role will require coverage of afternoon/night shift as required, in line with the EA provisions.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">This role will be required to respond to and investigate serious incidents and injuries.</li> </ul> Desired Criteria <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Sound understanding of high-risk work activities in transmission or distribution networks, or the renewable energy sector.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Certification IV in Training and Assessment</li> </ul> Life at Ausgrid At Ausgrid, we go beyond just a competitive salary to offer an exciting range of benefits.
