The Expert needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within the Professional Services Category. <div> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li> Collaborate closely with Sourcing, Operations, and Strategic Buying leadership to ensure effective use of sourcing capabilities across projects </li> <li> Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx processes, eAuctions, and market tenders, ensuring structured execution and compliance </li> <li> Evaluate supplier proposals, perform bid analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations to support supplier selection </li> <li> Lead commercial and contractual negotiations, securing optimal outcomes in terms of pricing, specifications, and risk mitigation </li> <li> Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers, acting as a trusted advisor </li> <li> Ensure adherence to client-specific sourcing processes, tools, and corporate standards </li> <li> Deliver against defined KPIs, SLAs, and savings targets, with a strong focus on value creation </li> <li> Conduct spend analysis and proactively identify cost optimization opportunities </li> <li> Forecast, track, and report savings in line with client requirements </li> <li> Drive continuous improvement initiatives and proactively identify opportunities for additional support or projects </li> <li> Support the development of junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team </li> <li> Act as a role model and category point of contact, promoting best practices and high-quality delivery </li> </ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li> Minimum 4+ years of experience in Procurement / Sourcing, with a proven track record of delivering results </li> <li> Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels </li> <li> Solid analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into insights and drive decision-making </li> <li> Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure </li> <li> Demonstrated focus on delivering savings and identifying continuous cost reduction opportunities </li> <li> Very good understanding of end-to-end sourcing processes and best practices </li> <li> Experience working with Source-to-Contract (S2C) tools </li> <li> Proactive, delivery-focused team player, able to build credibility and work independently </li> <li> Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) </li> <li> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) </li> </ul> </div> </div> Join a truly global team.
