Position Overview: The Entry Level Dimensional Inspector is responsible for performing inspections on products and components to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. This role involves setting up and performing various in-process and final inspections, accepting or rejecting items based on stringent criteria. The technician interprets complex manufacturing prints and evaluates machine setups, adjusting when necessary. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and conducting resistance, ultrasonic, and magnetic induction testing is essential. Accurate record-keeping and effective collaboration with leadership to address potential issues are vital. Attention to detail is crucial for identifying defects and ensuring overall inspection compliance. Must be able to work any shift or schedule, including 2nd shift and weekend shift (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
