In this role, you’ll help run packaging equipment, load the correct materials into machinery, complete machine setup and changeovers, perform inspections, support sanitation, and assist with preventative maintenance. You’ll learn to operate assigned production line equipment safely and efficiently while helping the team meet production, quality, and cost goals. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in staying organized, following procedures, and working with urgency and care. You’ll complete routine production reporting, perform in-process and final quality checks, maintain a clean and food-safe work area, and communicate clearly with teammates, leaders, and partner departments. You’ll also learn to use HMI control technology, support continuous improvement efforts, and contribute to operational documents such as standard work, checklists, and job aids that help the team perform at its best. You may also support broader production and cellar-related operations, including tank sanitation, sampling, blending, truck station work for shipping and receiving, and equipment cleaning once trained.
