Our global sales and service network provides our customers with a local resource for a wide variety of quality material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, warehouse products and support services to meet their needs anytime, anywhere.</p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Equipment Services Supervisor</b></u></H2> </div><div><p><strong><u>Job Duties</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and supervise Equipment Services personnel, including workload planning, project coordination, training, coaching, and performance management to ensure efficient maintenance operations and employee development.</li> <li>Oversee preventive, predictive, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs in partnership with maintenance planning and reliability teams to maximize equipment uptime and performance.</li> <li>Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company safety policies, identifying hazards, and addressing unsafe conditions and behaviors.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement by evaluating maintenance processes, repair methods, and equipment service practices while implementing enhancements that improve efficiency and reliability.</li> <li>Manage key administrative functions, including work order systems, spare parts inventory control, payroll approvals, department expense tracking, and employee documentation.</li> <li>Support talent management activities including hiring, performance evaluations, goal setting, wage reviews, succession planning, and employee growth and development initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>5-7 years related experience</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Occasional travel and overnight stays (0-5%)</li> <li>Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business > 20% per week (more than 8 hours) and an MVR is required</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance. Basic computer knowledge and good oral and written communication skills.</li> <li>Good organizational and interpersonal communication skills with a commonsense approach.</li> </ul></div></div></div><p> </p> <p><strong>Work Authorization:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
