This role ensures system reliability, data integrity, and alignment with clinical and operational workflows across a multi-site/state behavioral health environment. The Systems Administrator is Responsible for: System Administration & Support <ol> <li>Administer, configure, and maintain the EHR platform and ancillary tools.</li> <li>Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security controls.</li> <li>Monitor system performance, uptime, and interface integrations; proactively resolve issues.</li> <li>Serve as initial point of contact for EHR-related support issues across all system domains.</li> </ol> System Configuration <ol> <li>Translate clinical and operational workflows into EHR and other application configurations.</li> <li>Collaborate with Business Analyst(s) and/or Vendor to design and maintain templates, forms, assessments, documentation, etc....</li> <li>Support efforts to reduce administrative burden and improve patient experience through system optimization.</li> </ol> Data Management & Reporting <ol> <li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across clinical platforms.</li> <li>Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports including state reporting extracts.</li> <li>Support regulatory reporting, audits, and quality initiatives.</li> </ol> Integration & Interoperability <ol> <li>Support interfaces with external systems (labs, billing, HIEs, telehealth, etc.).</li> <li>Troubleshoot and maintain data exchange processes (HL7, APIs, flat files).</li> <li>Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on integration design and issue resolution.</li> </ol> Release Management & Vendor Coordination <ol> <li>Manage system updates, patches, and new feature releases.</li> <li>Evaluate vendor enhancements and determine organizational impact.</li> <li>Coordinate testing, training, and deployment of new functionality.</li> <li>Serve as primary point of contact for clinical system vendor support and escalation.</li> <li>Supports and adheres to change management and application governance best practices.</li> </ol> Training and Change Management <ol> <li>Support end-user training programs and onboarding.</li> <li>Develop documentation, job aids, and system guides.</li> <li>Supports adoption of new features and workflow changes through structured change management.</li> <li>Maintains a strong knowledge of business needs associated to supported system(s) to engage effectively in driving system enhancements, support resolution(s), enhancements, project work, etc.</li> <li>Invests in personal training to maintain expertise within applicable application(s), functionality and behavioral health clinical and technology standards.</li> </ol> REQUIREMENTS <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.</li> <li>3 or more years of experience supporting an Electronic Health Record (EHR) for a behavioral health provider. Prior experience in EHR implementation project(s) preferred.</li> <li>Experience in healthcare; strong understanding of behavioral health workflows preferred.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with: <ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"> <li>EHR configuration and user administration</li> <li>Reporting tools (SQL, built-in reporting modules, or Power BI preferred)</li> <li>Active Directory/MS Entra ID</li> <li>System troubleshooting and issue resolution</li> </ol> </li> <li>Proven experience in a support capacity adhering to SLAs and operating within an ITIL framework.</li> <li>Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills.
