The Skuli Lab is a basic/translational laboratory with a goal of developing new therapeutic strategies for patients with myeloid malignancies [acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS)], particularly those with mutations in the tumor suppressor, TP53, which currently portends a terminal prognosis.
