In conjunction with the Plant Production Supervisor, this position will oversee production activities of hourly personnel and oversee machine operation. This position will train, coach, and problem-solve with team members; communicate timely and relevant information to team members and supervisors in a thorough manner; and demonstrate ownership in plant and food safety, including all regulatory requirements. This position also keeps control of the Good Manufacturing Practices, Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and team processes.</span></p> <p
