We are seeking team members that have a deep understanding of quality processes, product development cycle, and translating data into action. Our team is looking for someone who can collaborate across multiple functions, problem solve, and advocate for prevention of quality issues through ‘Quality by Design (QbD)’ thinking. This position will have responsibility across a range of product and package types with a focus on new technology and product development for global introduction. Your ability to work collaboratively, interpret data, and provide solutions will be valued in this role as you work broadly with many internal and external partners. You will use a broad application of quality, root cause analysis, and problem-solving practices and principles to ensure the highest quality products are launched in our worldwide markets. You will have the opportunity to manage, lead, and/or participate in complex cross-functional efforts to improve product quality and processes.
