Opportunity Overview As a Senior Automation Engineer, Silicon Photonics Test Solutions, you will help develop active optical alignment systems for high-volume manufacturing test of silicon photonics devices, including wafers, optical engines, and co-packaged optics. In this hands-on senior role, you will design and optimize active and passive alignment systems requiring sub-micron precision while meeting high standards for reliability, repeatability, and performance. This position requires a strong technical foundation across robotics, fiber optics, electronics, mechanical systems, software development, and data analysis to ensure accurate and efficient testing processes.
