We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team – one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.<strong><br><br><span style="text-decoration:underline">Opportunity Overview:</span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Oversees the activities in the Repair Operations.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor and evaluate team and employee performance in alignment with yearly goals.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identify and allocate required resources (workforce, systems, materials, and equipment) to meet production requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide onboarding and training for new team members.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Establish strategic goals for the team that align with the company’s overall goals.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Achieve financial targets by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, reviewing variances, and initiating corrective actions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain quality service by upholding quality and customer service standards; identifying and resolving issues; reviewing trends; and recommending system improvements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel, prioritizing tasks, monitoring progress, revising schedules, and resolving issues.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure equipment is operational and maintained according to schedule.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Drive process improvement initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate production and strategic planning activities.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure workplace safety, effective use of company assets, and a well-maintained work environment.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong><br><span style="text-decoration:underline">All About You:</span><br></strong>We seek individuals who share our passion and determination.
