You will partner with design, NPI, and supply chain teams to ensure robust product quality from development through production while improving design processes and reducing defects.</span></p> <p> processes, documentation, and verification testing</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate with engineering, NPI, and suppliers to ensure quality and manufacturability requirements are met</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Build and execute design verification plans, including fixture development and validation testing</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span combines strong mechanical fundamentals with a quality-first mindset.</span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or Master’s with relevant experience)</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">5–8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, quality engineering, or product development</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and mechanical design fundamentals</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience with DFM/DFA principles and design verification testing</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Familiarity with root cause analysis methods (8D, 5 Whys, A3) and CAPA processes</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience working in cross-functional product development environments</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, sans-serif"><strong>Compensation:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $160,000. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set.
