This role leads engineers in support of safe, stable, and capable manufacturing performance while driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, throughput, reliability, and cost. This position combines direct people leadership with clear technical ownership of a critical manufacturing process area and is intended to build future technical leaders within the Engineering organization.
