This role partners closely with global and regional stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, drive customer satisfaction, manage costs, and ensure alignment between business strategy and sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Creates lean, end-to-end supply chains to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders to customers in the most cost efficient way.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Balances manufacturing capacity and production schedule with style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Minimum of 10 years of supply chain experience across multiple disciplines, with increasing levels of responsibility.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proven experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a complex business environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver business results.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica,
