This role focuses on process development, design for manufacturing (DFM), cost optimization, quality readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient product launches and sustainable manufacturing performance.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Assist in developing and improving processes using methodologies and statistical methods to ensure process performance meets the level required for new products.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Support the cost performance effort in projects, contributing to the cost model to ensure product cost targets are met at product launch.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Contribute to process improvement capability plans and assist in the preparation of technical reports for internal publication.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Participate in the creation of requirements and agreements for product availability using LA and GA criteria document.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Assist in organizing process and product workshops to drive DFM Analysis in NPIs, documenting and implementing improvement ideas during the NPI project lifecycle.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Work with the project team and process engineering team to ensure quality requirements are met before project closure.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Help identify gaps in manufacturing capabilities and make recommendations to improve. Support those improvements.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Support the establishment and maintenance of a safe work environment.</span></li> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Optical Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Minimum 1 year of experience in technology, product development, manufacturing engineering, or related engineering roles.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience working within a manufacturing environment.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Basic knowledge of fiber optic cabling and connectivity.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary processes.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Interest or experience in optical physics and photonics-related technologies.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
