This role serves as a critical link between commercial, manufacturing, technology, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product lifecycle management and market helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Champion new product development and timely release through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Market Development, Technology and sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (required).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">2–5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, commercial, or related business functions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market, operational, and financial data.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience working collaboratively across multiple functions and influencing stakeholders without
