The position may be involved with issues across the supply chain from suppliers, through plant manufacturing and contract manufacturing, to the customer.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Provide Quality Engineering support for continuous improvement, change management, and cost reduction projects across the plant, including statistical analysis and reporting as needed, facilitating the use of Performance Excellence tools, and driving the creation of a product quality architecture.</li> </ul> Day to Day Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Led supplier quality activities to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, customer, regulatory and company requirements.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Facilitate corrective and preventive actions for issues both internal to the plant and for supplier / vendor complaints.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><a name="_Int_qWPIR4fE"></a>Support the supplier qualification process as well as ongoing supplier management by coordinating with GSM, monitoring metrics, and communicating with suppliers.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Provide support for Customer questionnaires and surveys, certifications, quality information requests, customer complaints, and supplier corrective action reports.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Provide quality engineering support for the QC inspection group on non-conforming product disposition, metrology questions, and improvements to the inspection process.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><a name="_Int_Ac6qygmS"></a>Perform data analysis as needed for improvement projects or provide support to other groups we may require assistance with data analysis.
