You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align customer demand with supply capabilities, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. fulfillment performance, and proactively drive solutions to ensure on-time delivery commitments.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Partner with customers, commercial teams, manufacturing, and supply chain organizations to align forecasts, demand planning, inventory strategies, and production schedules.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Support new product introductions (NPI), product transitions, inventory optimization initiatives, and customer-specific supply chain projects.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Track, analyze, and communicate customer performance metrics, supporting continuous improvement, Lean style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What do you need to have?</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Customer Supply Chain, or a related discipline.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Strong experience using SAP, particularly in Production Planning, Scheduling, and Supply Chain processes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• APICS or ISM certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, C.P.M., or A.P.P.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Experience supporting forecasting, SIOP/S&OP processes, inventory management, and new product introductions (NPI).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
