Key activities include the in-process meter validation and final inspection of assembled meter. Quality inspector also covers the verification of panel for every new meter type/form conversion. Monitoring of meter assembler workmanship will also be part of the checking to ensure compliance to defined meter assembly procedure</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">A Day In The Life</H2> </div><div><p>Perform routine visual and dimensional checking on all direct materials and generate the Incoming Material Inspection Report for Quality Engineer/Manager review and approval.<br><br>Perform the Daily In-Process activity and coordinate to Quality Engineer/Manager if found anomaly.<br><br>Execute the Final Inspection of assembled meter that cover the meter accuracy and visual compliance. Generate report will be submitted to Quality Engineer/Manager for review and approval.<br><br>Support the qualification of meters for every meter type/form conversion to ensure the compliance of panel parameter set-up versus requirement.<br><br>Call the attention of Quality Engineer/Manager for the control of non-conforming materials for proper disposition.<br><br>Perform any other task that may be assigned to support departmental goals and objectives.<br><br>Maintain the cleanliness of workplace before and after the working hours.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">What will help you thrive in this role?</H2> </div><div><p>High school graduate with a minimum of six months experience.<br>Computer literate.</p></div></div></div>
