They are responsible for both Safety and Service in the aircraft cabin, ensuring that every Customer’s comfort and satisfaction remain the top priority throughout their journey. Inflight Crewmembers function effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment, oftentimes during non-traditional working hours. In times of irregular operations, they are the key ingredient in maintaining a positive Customer experience, offering reassurance, empathy, and exceptional service when it matters most. Inflight crewmember schedules and bases are assigned by operational need and in seniority order. $69.90 per hour.
