The Route Planning team is responsible for determining JetBlue’s growth strategy and maximizing the profitability of JetBlue’s route network. The team’s shorter term responsibilities include actively determining new routes, optimizing service levels of existing routes, and performing ad-hoc network and competitive analyses. Longer term responsibilities include working cross-functionally across the company to advise on major fleet and strategic growth decisions.
