Position overview: The Ball Corporation Future Leaders Trainee Programme is a stepping-stone for people with management potential to become the leaders of the future in an ambitious international company. We aim to develop Future Leaders, top diverse talent to support the growth needs of the business. The program offers access to accelerate development on the job and through other channels during an 18-month program. This is an 18 month FTC position. Key responsibilities include: <ul> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Learning on the job with experts, developing technical and soft skills and receiving coaching from your Mentors & Project Co-ordinators, and other senior staff mentors.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Fulfilling all requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the programme.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Observing and learning from experienced staff members.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Taking detailed notes and updating training logbook and liaising with Mentors & Project Co-ordinators, and other senior staff.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Preparing documents and updating records.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.</li> </ul> What are we looking for? <ul> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or relevant.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">A minimum of 1–2 years' manufacturing experience and a good understanding of working in a manufacturing environment.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent communication written and verbal skills.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">A positive attitude and willingness to learn.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Fast learner and oriented to self-development: curiosity to learn and create new way of building and/or improving systems and processes.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong analytical skills and ability to proactively identify and resolve problems.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent time management skills.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proficiency in MS Office.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Fluent in English.</li> </ul> Ball Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
