Our skilled workforce incorporates the highest levels of engineering technology, superb craftsmanship and first-class quality into every product we design and fabricate.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><i><b>What Will You Do?</b></i></H2> </div><div><p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES<br>• Dispatches driver, receives and publishes load documentation to respective department and shop personnel<br>• Organizes vehicle movement on site to avoid traffic congestion, as well as timely offload or load operations<br>• Works from order pick slips and supporting documentation to validate order fulfillment, marking, packaging and shipping documentation requirements <br>• Identify order freight terms and shipping instructions to coordinate collection or delivery of order with transportation partners, freight forwarders, or will calls<br>• Log domestic and international shipments<br>• Communicate electronically with customers to notify order(s) is ready to ship, as well as actions frequent follow ups until order is collected<br>• Updates ERP (JDE) system with order milestones and follow ups<br>• Assess cargo to secure appropriate truck type, trailer or container size<br>• Generates manifest, shipment documents and tags to affix to cargo and provide digital copies<br>• Scans and uploads signed BOLs and supporting documentation to JDE order <br>• Coordinates and secures direct hot shot service for material transfer to/from site as requested across all departments and product lines<br>• Daily walkthrough to validate shipments have been physically collected <br>• Prepares daily shipment reports and publishes on time delivery details<br>• Provide freight quotes for Parcel and LTL shipments<br>• Enforces company safety program and procedures with internal/external customers</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><i><b>Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…</b></i></H2> </div><div><p>Office environment as well as outside. The following essential PPE will be required daily.</p> <p>• Safety Glasses<br>• Steel Toe Shoes<br>• Ear Plugs <br>• Gloves <br>• Hard Hats<br>• Warm coat for cold weather<br>• Raincoat for wet weather</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><i><b>Your Experience Should Be...</b></i></H2> </div><div><p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>• Minimum of 2 years of experience in packaging and shipping required<br>• Minimum of 1 year in Shipping / Logistics related experience <br>• Knowledge of latest INCO Terms<br>• Intermediate skills with ERP and MS Office, especially Excel<br>• Highly responsive to high volume emails and attentive to details<br>• Knowledge of Parcel, LTL, and 3PL, transportation<br>• Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills<br>• Must be able to work regularly scheduled hours, arriving at scheduled reporting time and at the prescribed time after any breaks or lunch periods<br>• Must be able to work overtime on short notice, as required<br>• Required to regularly lift up to 50 pounds</p></div></div></div>
