Our associates make the world more productive by improving the efficiency and reliability of the machinery that keeps industry in motion.</p> <p>We are currently hiring for production associates in our assembly and machining operations in our Ludington facility, which produces gear products for a wide variety of customers and industries. Candidates will start on our Monday through Thursday 4 day/10 hour evening shift and have the ability to move into alternate shift/roles based on skill and seniority.</p> <p> </p> <p>Requirements include:</p> <p>-Mechanical aptitude</p> <p>-Willingness to work any shift</p> <p>-Hands-on mechanical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment</p> <p>-Strong work ethic</p> <p>-Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively</p> <p>-HS diploma or equivalent</p> <table style="width:1786.04px" border="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="height:36.0px"> <div>This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data (“CTD”) and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR).
