Purpose: This position is responsible for supporting the company’s inorganic growth strategy. This includes identifying acquisition targets, building relationships, negotiating deal terms, conducting due diligence, and performing financial analysis and valuations, investment approvals and post close monitoring for multiple transactions per year. The role is central to driving investment strategies in collaboration with the executive leadership team and external advisors and be able to independently lead inorganic transactions from origination to close. Essential Responsibilities: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Identify and cultivate relationships with potential acquisition targets and investment partners.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Lead or support end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and closing for acquisitions and dispositions.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Partner with cross-functional deal teams across business units and corporate functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Sales, Marketing).</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Develop and present business cases and financial models to support investment decisions.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Negotiate transaction terms and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Ensure alignment with corporate strategy and secure necessary internal and external approvals.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Collaborate closely with EVP, General Counsel, Corporate Development, and other team members to advise on all transaction aspects.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Support post-transaction integration planning and execution.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Lead or assist on additional strategic projects as defined by the executive leadership.</li> </ul> Technical/Functional Skills: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Proven ability to lead complex transactions in both relationship-driven and competitive auction environments.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">High integrity and professionalism with a track record of sound judgment.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Effective project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.</li> </ul> Basic Qualifications: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or a related field (required); MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in corporate development, investment banking, deal advisory services, or private equity.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Willingness to travel up to 30%, often on short notice.</li> </ul> This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data (“CTD”) and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR).
