The successful candidate will deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across a range of commercial building services systems, ensuring a high standard of service for our clients.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems.</li> <li>Service and maintain AHUs, fan coil units, split AC units, pumps, valves and associated plant equipment.</li> <li>Complete inspections, fault finding and repairs.</li> <li>Use CAFM systems to manage and update work orders.</li> <li>Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.</li> <li>Participate in the on-call rota as required.</li> <li>Build and maintain positive client relationships on site.</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li> <h3>What We're Looking For</h3> <ul> <li>Trade qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Services, Plumbing, Electrical or a related discipline.</li> <li>Experience working in a building services or facilities maintenance environment.</li> <li>Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>F-Gas Category 1 certification desirable.</li> <li>Experience with boiler plant, chillers, BMS systems and gas qualifications advantageous.</li> <li>SafePass certification.</li> <li>Full clean driving licence.</li> </ul> <h3>Working Hours</h3> <ul> <li>Monday to Friday</li> <li>12:00pm - 9:00pm</li> <li>Flexibility may be considered for the right candidate</li> </ul> </li> </ul></div></div></div>
