<p><strong>Test Lab - Experimental Integration Specialist I in GAC Savannah</strong></p> <p><br><strong>Unique Skills:</strong></p> <p><h2>Required Skills</h2> <ul type="disc"> <li>Motivated and proficient with Supply Chain Action Request (SCAR)</li> <li>Material / Production Control - managing flow of materials through multiple shops (e.g. - suppliers and internal-backshops)</li> <li>Experience creating Material Item Masters and Enrichment in SAP</li> <li>Experience with Catia v5 / Smarteam</li> <li>Solumina Work Plan Creation, DRDI process and Rework Order creation experience</li> <li>Experience with SAP Work Order creation and release</li> <li>Proficient with specification and planning resource research (e.g. AIR, GAMPS, IHS, SUDs, SGs, MEPS, VEMEDs and MEJIs)</li> <li>Knowledgeable about Engineering configuration requirements, tooling, quality control, plant safety, blueprint reading, and shop math</li> <li>Experience with procurement</li> <li>Basic Description</b></H2> </div><div><p></p><p></p>Principle Duties and Responsibilities:<p></p>Essential Functions: <ol><li> Perform various administrative, engineering support, and liaison functions relating to analyzing and initiating procurement and material flow related action with Engineering, Dispatchers, Warehouse Operations, Suppliers, and Test Engineering .</li><p></p><li> Work closely with external customers to coordinate timely and accurate resolutions to support internal Experimental Test personnel .</li><p></p><li> Solicits quotes, conducts bid evaluations, evaluates costs, negotiates optimum delivery schedules and ensures the best combination of price, quantity discount, product quality, standard terms and conditions (MOAs), and where appropriate .</li><p></p><li> Preparation and communication of purchase requisitions of mission critical components, balancing production requirements, inventory objectives and material acquisition costs .</li><p></p><li> Assists Manufacturing Engineers with SAP Material Master creation and enrichment .</li><p></p><li> Completes Solumina Data Collect entries and Buyoffs for Materials Operations .</li></ol><p></p><p></p><p></p>Additional Functions: <ol><li> Completes Solumina Data Collect entries and Buyoffs for Materials Operations .</li><p></p><li> Conducts meetings to update and maintain status of project materials and parts .</li><p></p><li> Mentors subordinates .</li><p></p><li> Create, update and maintain department procedures on current or new processes .</li></ol><p></p>Perform other duties as assigned.<p></p><p></p>Other Requirements: <ol><li> Experience in inventory processes and control of all types of materials preferred. </li><p></p><li> Experience in manufacturing shop floor material control or warehousing preferred. </li><p></p><li> Experience in a test, labs, or related environment preferred. </li></ol> This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and
