Successful candidate will be responsible for RMC tasks and maintaining deliverable dates and schedules, communication of these tasks and schedules and coordination with other teams required to support customer aircraft needs. Responsibility will also include working closely with Liaison Site support teams to best apply resources in a highly tactical manner to address customer break/fix issues and minimize overhead costs</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"> </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">The following unique skills are required:</span><br><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">1) The ability to effectively lead and support a multi-discipline team of engineers, mechanics, Tech Ops, Quality Control, upper management, etc.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">2) Strong written and verbal communication and collaborative skills and the ability to effectively communicate the organization’s position with external and internal customers </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">3) Experience with Catia V5 and/or SmarTeam model based design</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">4) Positive attitude, team building, mentoring and coaching skills, and a desire to produce and promote training </span></p> <p><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">The following unique skills are preferred:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">1) A fundamental understanding of the sizing, development and installation of airframe structural repairs</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">2) Experience with aircraft systems </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">3) Experience with airworthiness regulations in regards to major repairs</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">4) Experience with static and FDT stress analysis in post-production environment or a production MRB stress engineer</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">5) Experience with materials, M&P processes and part fabrication</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">6) Gulfstream engineering experience on GIV/GV/G650 /G500 / G600 / G700 / G800</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">7) Experience with composite repair</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">8) Experience in the repair of metallic structure</span></p></p> <p><br> </p> <p> </p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Education and Experience Requirements</b></H2> </div><div>Bachelor's Degree in engineering or technical related curriculum applicable to the respective job position required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 10 yrs in specific technical discipline or 15 yrs broad eng experience in several technical disciplines with Bachelors.
