Waterford . This is a permanent position that reports directly to the onsite manager. We are looking for a trade electrician with multi-skilled attributes (training can also be offered to the correct candidate)</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>To undertake such maintenance repairs, installation or servicing work as detailed by Aramark / client specification.</li> <li>To comply with the Company’s procedures when working on a client’s premises.</li> <li>To observe and comply with all working practices and to ensure compliance with the appropriate health &safety statutory requirements at all times.</li> <li>To maintain all Company issued equipment in a clean, serviceable, presentable and safe manner.</li> <li>Ensure all Company paperwork is always completed accurately and legibly.</li> <li>Maintain a professional manner at all times and develop good working relationships with clients and other staff members.</li> <li>To locate & purchase items of equipment to facilitate the speedy & effective service to our clients.</li> <li>Ensure all professional qualifications required to undertake duties are up to date.</li> <li>Support the helpdesk in their role by effective communication and promote efficiency.</li> <li>Prepare permits and supervise sub-contractors carrying out work on site</li> <li>Ensure that work area is maintained in a clean and tidy state and dispose of all waste products in a suitable manner and in line with company procedures.</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li><strong>Must be qualified in a Plumbing trade, with experience in general mechanical and building services maintenance (desirable but not essential).</strong></li> <li><strong>Plumbing trade background with strong evidence of multi-skilled Facilities Management (FM) maintenance delivery.</strong></li> <li>Experience in BMS and control systems an advantage.</li> <li>Use of Microsoft Office Packages, in particular Excel competency, is essential.</li> <li>Flexibility – Possible weekend working on an ad hoc basis</li> <li>Clean Driving Licence is required.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
