You will work with partners, technical teams, and functional leaders to translate supply chain needs into clear product requirements, prioritized backlog items, and applicable delivery plans. You will report to the APX Functional Excellence Business Systems and Tools Manager and be located at our Cranberry. PA headquarters. This is a hybrid position, with two days in office per week. <h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Be a Product Owner for WPRO-related software development activities, ensuring continuity of product knowledge, active backlog management, and agreement of development work to APX Supply Chain priorities.</li> <li>Partner with supply chain team members to gather, clarify, and document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process impacts, and desired outcomes for new enhancements and defect resolution.</li> <li>Manage the product backlog in Azure DevOps, ensuring you define work items well, sequence them, groom them, and prepare them for the development team.</li> <li>Support Agile delivery ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily coordination to help the team deliver predictable value.</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical or business discipline.</li> <li>0 + years' experience.</li> <li>Agile, Scrum, Product Owner, Software Development, SAP, or Azure DevOps-related certifications are helpful.</li> <li>Experience supporting software development or digital product delivery in a supply chain, operations, engineering, manufacturing, or project delivery environment.</li> <li>Experience with Agile methodology, including user story development, backlog refinement, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, and iterative delivery.</li> <li>Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools to manage epics, features, user stories, bugs, tasks, test coordination, and delivery progress.</li> <li>Working knowledge of SAP or SAP-enabled supply chain processes is beneficial, including familiarity with procurement, supplier management, materials, quality, logistics, or project execution workflows.</li> </ul> We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
