Validation</p> <ul> <li>Develop, optimize, and validate CNC machining programs for metal &amp; plastic components.</li> <li>Simulate toolpaths to detect and prevent errors before production.</li> <li>Ensure CAD programming aligns with manufacturability and process efficiency.</li> <li>Recommend cutting tool purchase and catalog accordingly.</li> </ul> <p>Process Optimization &amp; Material Understanding</p> <ul> <li>Analyze engineering drawings, BOMs, GD&amp;T, and material properties to refine programming.</li> <li>Optimize machining strategies for hard and soft materials.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with industry standards, tooling design, and aerospace-level tolerances.</li> </ul> <p>Collaboration &amp;
