The role focuses on improving process reliability (PR) while reducing maintenance costs and supporting plant performance objectives. This position also supports core reliability processes, including Autonomous Maintenance, Early Equipment Management, Training and Focused Improvement. The Work Leader fosters a high-performance team environment, leads daily direction setting for the shift, and ensures alignment with plant safety, quality, reliability, and cost objectives.
